Stop renting your spot on Google.
Ads get you calls this week. Local SEO builds the position you don't have to pay for. Run both and each one makes the other cheaper.
Illustrative — not a projection.
Why most contractors get stuck
The day the budget goes off, the calls go with it.
Months of work before the phone notices. Most people quit at month three.
You end up paying for clicks on searches you already rank for, and nobody's watching.
Each one makes the other work better.
We see exactly which searches turn into booked estimates, not just clicks. Those become the pages we build — so we're never guessing what to write about.
Google charges less per click when the page actually matches the search. The pages we build for SEO become better ad landing pages.
Paid and organic in the same view, so you can see what each one is actually producing instead of guessing which is which.
As organic takes over a search you used to buy, we pull budget off it and move it somewhere you don't rank yet. That's the whole point.
What changes.
- One page for every service
- No campaign structure
- Calls untracked
- Business details inconsistent across the web
- No idea which searches produce jobs
- A service or city page added every month
- A separate campaign per service worth running
- Every call tracked to its source
- Listings consistent everywhere
- A monthly report showing what each search actually produced
This compares what's built, not what it produces.

The first year, honestly
Campaigns live, tracking in, waste cut. Meanwhile the SEO foundation gets built quietly underneath.
New service and city pages published, citations cleaned, first local links earned.
This is the earliest anything meaningful appears. Anyone promising sooner is guessing.
Where organic holds a search, we move ad budget off it and spend it somewhere you don't rank yet.
Who this is for
This is for you if:
- You're already spending on ads and tired of the calls stopping when the budget does
- You serve a real geographic area with towns worth ranking in
- You can commit six months to the SEO side
- You want to know which searches produce jobs, not just clicks
This isn't for you if:
- You need jobs this week and only this week — take ads alone
- You're still testing whether marketing works at all — start smaller
- You can't commit six months — the SEO half can't work in less
$1,750 a month.
That covers management of both. Your ad budget is separate — it goes on your own card, straight to Google, and we never hold it. We recommend at least $2,000 a month in ad spend; below that there isn't enough data to tune anything. Covers up to $5,000/month in ad spend; 12% of spend above that. The Local SEO portion carries a six-month minimum. The ads portion can be cancelled any time.
What we control and what we don't.
We control what gets built, what gets bid on, and what gets cut. We don't control how Google ranks you — that's relevance, distance, and prominence, and only one of those is ours to move. So we won't promise you a position or a number of calls. What you'll get is the real numbers every month, including the ones that didn't move, and a straight answer when something isn't working.
Straight answers.
Let's look at what people in your town are actually searching for — and what you're currently paying for.
Prefer to start with just one side? Ads only is $1,000/month, Local SEO alone is $850/month.
