Cancellation Policy

To cancel, submit your request in writing by emailing support@atlascontractorsystems.com or through the in-app support channel.

Atlas will send written confirmation and identify the effective date.

For month-to-month plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Future subscription billing stops on the effective date. Usage charges incurred before the effective date remain payable.

Prepaid terms are governed by the applicable Order Form and our Terms of Service. Except where required by applicable law, a prepaid three-month term is non-refundable once purchased. A cancellation request during the prepaid term prevents renewal after that term but does not shorten the term or create a refund, credit, or prorated repayment for any unused portion.

Certain Services may carry a minimum term only where expressly stated in the Order Form. No minimum term applies unless it is so stated.

This section covers cancellation of our Growth Services — Google Business Profile Optimization, Google Ads campaign build, campaign landing pages, Google Business Profile Management, Local SEO, Google Ads and Local Services Ads management, and combined Ads and Local SEO packages.

Month-to-month Growth Services (Google Business Profile Management and Google Ads and Local Services Ads management) may be cancelled effective at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

A Growth Service with a stated minimum commitment — Local SEO and Ads + Local SEO Together, each carrying a six-month minimum — remains payable through the end of that commitment. Cancelling during a minimum term stops renewal after the minimum term but does not erase fees already paid or the remaining fees required during that commitment. After the minimum term, the service continues month-to-month until cancelled.

Advertising spend already charged by Google or another advertising platform is not collected or refundable by Atlas. Your advertising account and its spend are yours.

One-time Growth Service payments — Google Business Profile Optimization, Google Ads campaign build, and campaign landing pages — become non-refundable once the applicable work or implementation begins. These one-time prices are not Atlas setup fees. Atlas currently charges no separate setup or implementation fee for its standard plans; where an Order Form separately includes a setup or implementation fee, that fee becomes non-refundable once implementation begins, except where required by law or where Atlas materially fails to perform the agreed implementation work.

The Website Buyout option described in the What You Keep section below does not apply to the standalone $500 campaign landing-page service. The Website Buyout applies only to your primary hosted Atlas website, as described in that section.

Any unused wallet balance is governed by the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and in your account. Please contact us before cancelling if you have questions about your wallet balance.

You must initiate number porting before cancellation becomes effective. Porting remains subject to carrier approval and cannot be guaranteed after a number has been released.

CRM access, website hosting, calling, SMS, automations, and campaigns stop on the effective date.

You retain your domain, original content, photographs, trademarks, and exported data. Atlas retains its reusable Platform templates, workflows, configuration, and intellectual property.

Your customer data remains available for export for 30 days after the effective date.

The hosted website does not automatically transfer unless the Order Form provides otherwise or the customer exercises the Website Buyout option described in this Cancellation Policy.

Website Buyout. If you want to keep your website after cancellation, you may purchase a standalone copy for a one-time fee of $1,000 USD. After 31 months of continuous active subscription, this fee is waived — the standalone copy is yours on request at no charge. The buyout includes a portable copy of your website's design, pages, copy, and images, delivered within 10 business days. Platform features — forms, online booking, chat, business phone, automations, and CRM — are part of the Services and do not function outside the Platform. Your domain and Google Business Profile remain yours at all times.

If you wish to reactivate service after cancellation, contact us. Reactivation may require a new number, reconnection work, or a separate setup fee where disclosed and approved.
