Data Processing Addendum

This DPA governs the processing of personal data by Atlas Contractor Systems on behalf of its clients, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The client is the data controller. Atlas is the data processor.

Atlas processes personal data only on documented instructions from the client.

Atlas implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and regular security reviews.

Atlas uses third-party service providers to deliver its services. A list of subprocessors is available on request.

All subprocessors are bound by data protection agreements.

Atlas assists clients in fulfilling data subject requests where applicable, including access, correction, and deletion requests.

Atlas will notify clients of any personal data breach without undue delay after becoming aware of it.
