Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules for using Atlas Contractor Systems services and platforms. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

You will not engage in any of the following:

• Sending spam or any message without documented, valid consent.

• Using purchased, rented, transferred, harvested, or scraped contact lists.

• Ignoring STOP, unsubscribe, or Do Not Call requests.

• Using misleading sender identity, caller-ID spoofing, or impersonation.

• Fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, or deceptive practices.

• Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or illegal content.

• Intellectual-property infringement.

• Unauthorized access or security circumvention.

• Interference with other accounts or systems.

• Artificially generated or fraudulent telephone and messaging traffic.

• Snowshoeing or distributing similar traffic across numbers to avoid carrier filters.

• Carrier-restricted or legally prohibited content.

• Violation of applicable platform, carrier, registration, or country-specific rules.

• Reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, or sublicensing of the Services.

• Using the Platform as your only emergency-communications mechanism.

You are responsible for your employees, contractors, team members, and any other users operating through your Account. You must ensure they comply with this policy.

Atlas may investigate suspected violations, restrict or stop campaigns, suspend telephone numbers, messaging, or account access, preserve relevant records, cooperate with carriers, platform providers, regulators, or authorities, and terminate serious or repeated violations.

Where reasonably possible and safe, Atlas will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a non-urgent violation before taking action.
