This policy defines acceptable use of Atlas Contractor Systems services to ensure a safe and lawful experience for all users.

Sending unsolicited spam or abusive messages.

Using the system for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

Attempting to access or disrupt other users' accounts or data.

Sending content that is defamatory, harassing, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

You must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, and other telecommunications and privacy regulations.

Atlas is not responsible for misuse of the system by clients.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
