This SMS Terms & Conditions applies to the Atlas Contractor Systems messaging program (the "Program"). The Program is operated by Atlas Contractor Systems, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

This Program covers text messages sent by Atlas Contractor Systems in connection with its services to contractors in the United States and Canada.

You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the optional consent box on a website or booking form, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages during a call, or by directly texting the Atlas Program number.

Consent applies only to the specific Atlas messaging program described here. It is not transferable and does not authorize any unrelated program or every type of marketing communication.

Message categories include: demo confirmations, requested follow-ups, appointment reminders, and service or account updates.

Messages may be recurring or automated where applicable.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to opt out of the Program.

After opting out, we may send one final opt-out confirmation message.

No additional Program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
