    Quick Summary

Atlas Contractor Systems collects the information needed to run your website, phone, CRM, and follow-up systems — things like your name, business details, and contact information. We use it to deliver and improve the Services, respond to your inquiries, and handle billing. We do not sell personal information. If you have questions or want to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at support@atlascontractorsystems.com.

Who We Are & Our Role

Atlas Contractor Systems is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and provides digital response and growth systems to contracting businesses in Canada and the United States.

We play two roles depending on the data. For our own sales, billing, account, website, and support records, Atlas is the data controller (or "business"). For consumer data that our clients upload to their platform accounts — such as their leads and customers — the client is the controller (or business), and Atlas acts only as a processor or service provider under our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum.

The rights described in this policy apply where the relevant law applies to you and to the information in question.

    SMS / Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
